Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Welcome to Verjun.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Verjun.com website and to any orders you place through our website.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This website is operated by ECOMMERCE FLY LTD, trading as Verjun.

Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE
Company registration number: 13390987

In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ECOMMERCE FLY LTD, and “you” and “your” refer to the customer using our website or purchasing our products.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

  • use our website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
  • interfere with the operation or security of our website; or
  • use our website to carry out fraudulent or unlawful activities.

We may suspend or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability is subject to change. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unavailable product.

You should always read the product packaging, ingredients, directions and warnings before using a product.

Our cosmetic products are intended to be used only for their stated cosmetic purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.

Our products are cosmetic products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information provided on our website about cosmetic products is intended to help you understand and use the products. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

If you have a known allergy, sensitive skin, an existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, you should seek appropriate professional advice before using a product where you have concerns about its suitability.

If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Product claims and descriptions on our website are made in accordance with applicable requirements for cosmetic products.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
  • we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected products.

A contract between you and us for the purchase of products is formed when we accept your order.

We will normally indicate acceptance by sending you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.

Once the contract has been formed, these Terms & Conditions, together with the information provided to you before you placed your order, will apply to your purchase.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, prices include VAT.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be processed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

We deliver to the destinations shown as available at checkout.

For UK domestic orders, we normally use Royal Mail. For international orders, the delivery carrier may vary depending on the destination.

A valid tracking number will normally be provided for tracked orders, allowing you to track your parcel online.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or on our FAQ page.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, customs processing, severe weather or other disruptions.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you may be responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred as a result.

For all international orders, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that applicable import duties and taxes are paid on your behalf, so you should not normally be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges when your order is delivered.

If DDP delivery is not available for a particular destination or order, we will inform you of any applicable charges before your order is processed, where reasonably possible.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, unless you have independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer.

For further information about delivery options, delivery times, tracking and international delivery, please see our FAQ page.

If you are a consumer purchasing from us online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in our Refund & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where they are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken after delivery. However, under our 30-day money-back guarantee, we still accept returns of such products, with a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Where you are exercising your statutory cancellation right because you have changed your mind, you are normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have stated otherwise.

If you request a prepaid return label from us, we can provide one at the lowest available cost, currently £3.99, and this amount may be deducted from your refund where permitted and where you were informed of the cost before the return was arranged.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

For full information about our 30-day money-back guarantee, statutory cancellation rights, eligible returns, return postage, refunds and applicable exceptions, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

When you cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the relevant amount in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

We may make a deduction from your refund where the value of the goods has been reduced because you have handled them beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We want you to receive products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide your order number and details of the issue.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate remedy.

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, discount codes or other special offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • promotional offers are subject to availability;
  • only one discount code may be used per order;
  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • promotional offers cannot be used retrospectively on orders already placed; and
  • promotional offers may be subject to additional terms stated at the time of the promotion.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotional offer where there is a legitimate reason to do so, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, government action, postal or courier disruption, widespread technical failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
